Other Painting VII
In the world of 2 dimensional arts, young artists have presented their individual original styles and thoughts from late 2000s. They never follow the trends, and their art is totally unprecedented and unique.
Now that we are in an era where “big movements” don’t rise any more, but this means that individuals are starting to value the relationship between their feelings and their true self.
The title “other painting” means “2 dimensional art that is new and different from the old style”, and it is a brand new movement in today’s “movement-less era”. This will introduce all “circumstances” around young artists and today’s 2 dimensional Japanese art. This is the 7th Program Exhibition in the series.
