13−14世紀イタリアの詩人、政治家、ダンテ・アリギエーリの代表作である「神曲」は「地獄篇」・「煉獄篇」・「天国篇」の三部からなるイタリア文学最大の古典とされるものを、私、千葉和成が現代解釈したものを具現化する。今回は地獄篇第９圏のうち第三圏までを描く。






Kazumasa Chiba “La Divina Commedia’s Inferno 1-3 by Dante: Modern Interpretation of Kazumasa Chiba”

“La Divina Commedia”, one of the oldest yet greatest Italian literature was written by 13-14th century Italian poet/politician Dante Alighieri. Known as one of his masterpieces, it consists of three parts; Inferno, Purgatorio and Paradiso. I, Kazumasa Chiba, will embody and recreate it through my own modern interpretation. I will be depicting the first three parts of the nine volumes of Inferno.
