・・・そこに描かれたイノセンス=無垢さはある場合には純粋で美しく、同時にきわめて脆く傷つきやすく、また在る場合には毒を含んで残酷である。誰でも人生の出だしの時期にそのような課程をくぐり抜けて来るわけだが、中にはわずかであるけれど、歳を重ねてもその無垢なる世界をほとんど手つかずのまま抱えこんでいる人がいる・・・・(トルーマン・カポーティ「誕生日の子どもたち」村上春樹訳　での村上春樹の解説文より引用)
・・・・現代に於けるinnocenceをテーマとしたエキジビションプログラム。
The innocent depicted = at times innocence can be beautiful, pure, and simultaneously fragile and vulnerable. At other times innocence can be venomous and cruel. It's a course that everyone takes at the beginning stages of their lives. But there are a small number of people who manage to keep that innocence untouched even as they grow older.
- From Haruki Murakami's afterword to Truman Capote, "Children on their Birthdays" translated into Japanese by Murakami.
A new exhibition program that takes innocence in the contemporary period as its theme.

山田 彩加「命の繋がり」　
Ayaka Yamada [Connection of life]

光を絞った地下空間の中で立ち現れる妖艶な女性像は、繊細な線描でフィジカルスティックに描かれながらも永遠の命の繋がりを夢見るような眼差しで見つめ返す。人体解剖図が好きだと云う作家。どんどんそちらの世界に行ってしまいそうで少し怖いかも・・・・・・
